This Privacy Policy explains what data Ŭallet collects, why we collect it, who processes it, how long we keep it, and the control you have over it. It applies to the Ŭallet mobile app for iOS and Android, its backend service, and the website at uallet.app — including the web version of the app served at uallet.app/app.

You can sign in with Google, Apple, or an email address and password. All three are handled by Google Firebase Authentication, which verifies your identity and manages your credentials. We do not receive or store your password.
When you have an account, our backend stores a minimal profile:
| Data | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Account identifier (Firebase user ID) | Links all your data to your account. |
| Email address | Identifies your account and lets us contact you about it. |
| Display name and profile photo URL | Shown in the app; provided by your sign-in provider (optional). |
| Account role and creation date | App administration and support. |
| Session / refresh tokens | Keep you signed in securely without re-entering credentials. |
This is the core of the app — the information you create so Ŭallet can track your money. It is stored under your account so it syncs across your devices:
This data is personal but not directly identifying on its own; it is always tied to your account identifier.
If you add a crypto account, you provide a public wallet address and choose a blockchain and network. We store the address and use it to read the wallet's public on-chain balance and token holdings, and we fetch current market prices to show the account's value.
To do this, your public wallet address and chain are sent to Moralis (on-chain balance data) and market data is retrieved from CoinMarketCap. We never request or store private keys, seed phrases or recovery data, and Ŭallet cannot initiate transactions or move your funds. Note that blockchain data is inherently public; deleting your account removes the address stored with us, but cannot erase the public blockchain itself.
Ŭallet Premium is offered as monthly, 3-month and annual subscriptions. Purchases are made and billed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and validated through RevenueCat. We never receive or store your payment card details.
To grant Premium and prevent duplicate charges, we store:
RevenueCat receives an app user identifier (your Firebase user ID) and purchase information to manage entitlements, and notifies our backend of subscription events.
With your permission, Ŭallet sends notifications (for example about your accounts and reminders) via Firebase Cloud Messaging. Delivery is organised by topics based on your app language and notification settings; the device messaging token is managed by Firebase. You can turn notifications off in your device settings or mute types in the app.
We use Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used (for example sign-in method and which screens are viewed). This is associated with your account identifier and aggregated usage/device properties to help us improve the app.
Firebase Crashlytics (and performance monitoring) collects crash reports and diagnostic data — such as the error, device model, OS version and app version — so we can find and fix bugs.
The website at uallet.app — the marketing pages, this policy, the terms and the support page — uses Google Analytics 4 to measure how people find Ŭallet and whether the web version is worth offering. It reports into the same Google Analytics property as the app, so a visit that begins on the site and continues into the web app is counted once rather than twice.
Nothing is stored on your device until you agree. On your first visit the site asks, and until you accept, Google receives only an anonymous signal with no cookies and no identifier — enough to count visits in aggregate, not enough to recognise you.
If you accept, Google Analytics sets these cookies in your browser:
| Cookie | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
_ga | Distinguishes one browser from another so returning visits are not counted as new ones | Up to 2 years (Google's default) |
_ga_<id> | Keeps the current visit together as one session | Up to 2 years (Google's default) |

we do not run remarketing.
uallet_consent and applies to the web app as well, so you are not asked twice.
utm_source=uallet_app) so we can tell how many people take up the offer of the
web version. The tag identifies the route, not the person.
The mobile app's own analytics is described in section 6; it is a separate collection governed by the app stores' own consent mechanisms, not by the website banner.
We do not use your financial data for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell it.
We use the following service providers, which process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. They are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes:
| Provider | Role | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance) | Sign-in, notifications, analytics and diagnostics | Account identity, email/name, device & usage data, crash reports |
| Google Analytics 4 (website) | Measures visits to uallet.app | Pages viewed, referrer and marketing tags, approximate location, browser and device type — only after you consent |
| Google Cloud (Cloud Run) | Hosts the Ŭallet backend API | All requests and data you send to the app |
| Managed PostgreSQL database (EU region) | Stores your account and financial data | All data described in sections 2–5 |
| RevenueCat | Subscription management & purchase validation | App user ID and purchase/subscription info |
| Moralis | Reads public on-chain wallet balances | Your public wallet address and chain |
| CoinMarketCap | Crypto market prices | Coin symbols only — no personal data |
| CurrencyAPI | Fiat exchange rates | Currency codes only — no personal data |
| Apple App Store / Google Play | Process payments | Your payment details (we never see them) |
We do not share your data with any other third parties, and we never sell it.
Ŭallet is a private, single-user app. Your accounts, transactions, balances, goals and debts are visible only to you. Nothing you enter is shared with, or shown to, other users.
Your account and financial data is stored in a managed database in the European Union. Some of our sub-processors (for example Google/Firebase and RevenueCat) may process data on servers in the United States or other countries. Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the providers' Standard Contractual Clauses.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data using industry-standard measures.
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account and its data at any time from Settings → Delete account in the app, or by emailing us (see the account deletion page).
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
Deletion from the app is immediate; email requests are completed within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized analytics that can no longer be linked to you may be retained. Purchase records held by Apple or Google are governed by their own policies; cancel an active subscription in the store to stop billing.
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, delete, export or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can exercise most of these directly in the app, or by emailing hrosy.kusim@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Ŭallet is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, email us and we will remove it.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top and note the change in the app's release notes. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
