Pro is bought inside the iOS or Android app, through the App Store or Google Play. The purchase is tied to your Ŭallet account, so signing in on the web unlocks it there as well.
No. Ŭallet never asks for bank credentials and holds no connection to your bank. Balances are figures you enter yourself, which is exactly why it works for cash, informal loans and accounts no aggregator supports.
Yes, and without emailing anyone: open Settings in the app and tap Delete account, and everything in it is erased. If you can no longer sign in, the written procedure is here: Deleting your account
